We roast a couple of times per week in small batches to make sure we give you the perfect fresh roast. As soon as we finish and bag your coffee, we will ship it out to you via USPS. We send the coffee via flat ground shipping (3-5 business days), unless you opt for priority shipping (2-3 business days). Have a question? Email us.
Return & Exchange Policy
Coffee products, because they are food, cannot be returned. However, if you any problem with your coffee shipment, please let us know and we will see how we can fix it for you. While we cannot just refund you if you don't like it, if there was a problem with shipping etc we can try to resolve that for you. You can use the chat box below or email us.
